◆ 大件商品：黑貓宅配 / 價格以賣場為準 或 到付。
◆ 國際包裹：EMS 或 順丰 / 另行報價 或 到付。
◆ 實體取貨：將預收現貨100元、預購60元運費，取貨時退還。
※注意：不提供貨到付款。

※建議：預購與現貨請分開下單。如一起下單，出貨時間將以預購抵達時間為準。

◆ 除非原品牌或創作者有特殊要求，實體書館所有商品皆可試閱或試穿。
◆ 試閱或試穿請洽現場工作人員協助。請勿自行拆封、拿取、使用。
◆ 為尊重創作者心血與智慧財產，同時希望書館能永續經營，請勿拍攝、錄影、或毀損書館內收藏、或未結帳之商品。

◆ All products in our Taipei store can be previewed or tried on. Only if the original brand has special requirement.
◆ Please call our store staff to assist you, instead of unpacking, touching, or trying on any products by yourself.
◆ For respecting the copyright of all artists and brands, and let our little business goes longer. Please do not film or destroy any unpaid products, or our private collections.


◆ 茶食區 & 攝影區？ 
Tea & Photo Area？

◆ 茶食區低消為每人1份飲品（180~220元）禁用外食。

◆ 攝影區低消為每人1份飲品 或 單筆消費滿500元。
◆ 消費僅限本人使用。
◆ 6人以上茶聚建議提前預約。
◆ 攝影區不限時，但若有人等候，請將拍攝時間控制於30分鐘之內，可輪流使用。
◆ 請勿移動或破壞攝影區固定的布景與道具。
◆ 請勿於攝影區拍攝任何以商業用途為目的之影像。

◆ Tea area basic charge: TWD 180~220 / person. No outside food and drink.

◆ Photo area basic charge: 1 drink or any purchase over TWD 500 / person.
◆ Above services are not sharable.
◆ Tea for more than 6 people must reserve in advance.
◆ There is no limited using time for photo area. However, if there is a queue, please control your shooting time under 30 minutes. Suggest to take turns.
◆ Please do not move or destroy the scene or unmovable props.
◆ No business uses.

◆ 退換貨？ 
Return or Refund?

◆ 請確認好需求尺寸與顏色後再下單。

◆ 由於大部分作品零件細小且為手工製作，建議收藏年齡為15歲或以上。

◆ 樹酯、塑膠、以及軟膠等材質，因原料特性與生產過程，可能出現射出孔、邊線、細小氣泡與雜質、輕微壓痕、塗裝細節差異、接合處縫隙略大、關節略鬆或緊等現象，皆屬於原廠許可範圍。

◆ 賣場圖片皆由原廠提供或紀物書館自行拍攝，實體顏色可能因不同螢幕產生色差，也請勿未經許可編輯、重製、或進行商業用途。

◆ 部分作品因拍攝販售影像、展示、試穿、或海關檢驗需求必須拆封。紀物書館出貨前，皆會再次確認作品與包裝狀態為全新無缺損。如原包裝因上述原因破損，將重新包裝，以盡量確保運送過程無慮。

◆ 紀物書館出貨前，會盡量包裝商品外盒、避免碰撞，但如因物流導致外盒損傷，可未傷及作品本體，將一律視為非瑕疵或損毀。

◆ 個別品牌許可範圍可參考此頁面說明，或聯繫紀物書館。

◆ 訂購將視為同意上述與相關規定，在意的朋友請務必仔細考慮後再下單。

◆ 預購與客製化訂單一旦付款完成，就不接受以上述理由或個人因故要求取消或退換。

◆ 現貨訂單如因上述理由或個人因故要求取消或退換，將僅提供退貨並退款服務，訂單寄件運費、退款相關手續費、退貨運費，將由買家自行承擔並視為棄單。

◆ 棄單將一律於退貨退款程序完成後，列入黑單並公告。

◆ 選寄送之訂單，因個人因素無法於期限內取貨，導致訂單被退回並取消，請自行重新下單。如超過3次未取貨被退回，將列入黑名單。

◆ 選實體書館取貨之訂單，如因個人因素無法於14天內完成取貨，將以郵局掛號直接寄出，不另退運費。

◆ 如超過14天未取貨，導致訂單因存放過久產生品質變異、損壞、或名額釋出被其他顧客訂購等風險，將由買家自行承擔。

◆ 任何訂單出貨後超過14天，皆不允退換。

◆ 紀物書館出貨前皆會檢驗作品的狀態與包裝，若收到預購訂單後，有任何因寄送過程造成作品本身嚴重創傷（外盒與包裝不在此限）請務必於24小時內與書館聯繫，以便安排退換事宜。

◆ 退換商品必須為全新、包裝完整、未經拆封或使用。退貨須包含：商品本體、配件、贈品、原廠出生卡（如有）紀物書館保證卡（如有）以及發票。如原廠外盒與內部包裝經拆封、損毀、缺件，或經紀物書館或原廠判定狀態非全新，將根據商品價值扣除耗損後退款。

◆ 如因違反上述事項導致訂單被取消或被列入黑名單，訂單相關費用將無法退還、訂購人應自行承擔一切可能發生之損害賠償或相關責任（包括但不限於和解金、訴訟費用、律師費）

◆ Please purchase pre-order and regular items separately. Otherwise, your order will be delivered only until all items are arrived.

◆ If you would like to use UPS, DHL, or any other carriers, please contact us in advance.

◆ Before purchasing, please carefully check all details, such as sizes and colours.

◆ Please note there might be colour differences on each monitor.

◆ Due to most of the artist’s works are small and handmade, the recommended using age is 15+.

◆ Resin, plastic, soft vinyl, and other similar materials might have below situations: Injection marks, parting lines, tiny bubbles and impurities, painting detail differences, or slightly larger seams, loose joints, and surface indentations. Please understand these are all under acceptable quality ranges and will not be seen as defects. 

◆ All photos on selling or promoting pages, and also our SNS are provided by our distributing artist / brand, or creating by ourselves. Please do not edit or use for commercial purposes.

◆ Some items might be unpacked due to photoshooting, display, fitting, or customs inspection reasons. ◆ JiWu Bookstore will ensure the item and its packaging have no damages before shipping. If the original package is damaged due to above reason, JiWu Bookstore will repack to ensure its safety during shipping process.

◆ JiWu Bookstore will ensure to wrap each items carefully. However, if the outer box is damaged during delivery, the item itself is fine, it will be regarded as non-defective.

◆ Placing order will be seen as agreed our terms and conditions. So please carefully consider before purchasing.

◆ Customized or pre-orders are not cancellable or refundable.

◆ Any orders cancelled by personal reason, we will only able to provide a refund service. However, please note: all shipping and refund service fee will have to be covered by your end. 

◆ Any uncollected orders are cancelled or returned, we will firstly contact you to arrange a refund or re-delivery. However, if the situation happens 3 times, a refund will be organized.

◆ For any orders are not collected over 14 days, and the items are damaged, spoiled, or released to other customers, the responsibilities will be taken by you.

◆ Please note there will be no refund, return, or exchange for any orders are finished over 14 days.

◆ We will carefully check all works and packages before shipping. If there are any damages (not including the outer box and shipping box) happened during delivery process, please contact us in 24 hours.

◆ Exchange or refund works must be new, with completed package, unopened or unused. 

◆ Once the return is confirmed, please send back: the work which need to be returned or exchanged, attached accessories, gifts, the artist / brand's birth card, JiWu Bookstore warranty card, and invoice. 

◆ If any above items are used, opened, damaged, or lost, the refund will deduct the lost value.  

◆ Any customers against above terms and conditions, will be noted on blacklist, and might also have to compensate according to the cost and take the related responsibilities (including but not limited to settlement, legal charges, layer fee) JiWu Bookstore Co., Ltd. will not take any responsibilities.
